The festival will screen a variety of excellent films over three days.
1078 Gallery Film Festival is in its fourth year (2nd consecutive) and was started in the 80s as a video festival. 2009 revived the festival and screened 14 films over 3 days. The festival drew large crowds from the community, and received excellent press coverage from the local alternative, weekly paper. The gallery has a reputation from bringing excellent works (art, literature, film, music, performance, etc) to this small city.
Accepted filmmakers will receive a full pass to the festival. Non-cash awards will be made for all "best" categories (e.g., short, full-length, documentary, animation, in show).
