The Eureka Springs Indie Film Fest promotes and encourages independent filmmakers of all ages.
We’re looking for independent films that inspire, enlighten and entertain. We have a special focus on women in film, young filmmakers, and digital productions (particularly shorts) shot on mobile devices.
Primary categories: Documentary, Cause-related documentary, art film, drama, animation, comedy. Shorts (5-40minutes) and feature length (40-120+minutes). We have special awards for Young Filmmakers, Innovative Women in Film, and Shot on Mobile.
Eureka Springs has been a popular film location for years, but we've never had a film fest. The 2014 Indie Film Fest is the first, and it was a great success. The three day film fest has evolved into screenings, workshops, 'first looks', and lots of networking opportunities. This year, the festival expands regionally and state wide.
