Festival Overview
The Film festival that features movies that are between 5 - 20 minutes in length that cost no more than 20 dollars to make. Besides that, we request that it have no more than a traditional R rating. There is no cost to submit, other than sending a tape or DVD of your film.
History
We debuted in 2005 at ConCarolinas to a standing-room-only audience, then were forced into an encore later that same night after word spread. In our first festival of the 2006 season, the Conventions Media Guest of Honor demanded we show the films again as he was unable to attend.

Eligibility:
Anyone can enter, the only rule is that your film cost you no more than 20 dollars. There is no fee to submit, no cost for us to show them.

Formats:
DVD, the miniDV is acceptable, and the tape will not be returned.
