CALL FOR ENTRIES! Submit your short film to the only festival that promises to make you Almost Famous! The Almost Famous Film Festival (A3F) is ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS for its short film festival February 11-15, 2008. Join one of the fastest growing events in the country! Cash prizes, awards, giveaways, and a professionally run event where filmmakers are always our first priority. Workshops and classes to better your filmmaking skills will also be available.
History
The A3F debuted in 2005 with an inaugural 48 Hour Challenge. 28 teams competed and over 250 people attended the public screening. In 2006, the A3F set an Arizona record for participation with 64 teams and over 500 in attendance for the sold-out screenings. In 2007, the A3F continued its success and became one of the largest film challenges in the country with 82 teams registering from 5 different states and over 800 movie-enthusiasts attending the premiers of the Top 40 films.

This summer, the A3F has added two new challenges and its first-ever international Short Film Festival in February 2008.

Eligibility:
Anyone who has a short film 1-60 minutes n length made after January 1, 2006 can submit to the short film festival. The A3F also hosts 48 Hour and 24 Hour challenges for indie filmmakers!
