++ a non-commercial filmfestival for independent filmmakers
++ networking, in order to present the films at various different locations, and to thousands of interested folks

History

The festival was founded in Vienna in 2003 and was then organized in various German cities.

Entries

Open to the public

Eligibility:
anyone can enter films/videos that are not commercial ads or image films.
there are no entry fees

Formats:
preferred: DVD (Pal/NTSC), (Mini)DV(Cam) (Pal), HDV 1080i, DVCPro25 (Pal) and U-matic lowband (Pal/NTSC/SECAM); all other formats are a matter of negotiation.
We do not show copies in Super8, 8mm, 9,5mm, 16mm or 35mm.
