All year, In progress
This film festival operates all year |
The 2013 Nevada Film Festival will be held in Las Vegas, November 28th - November 29th, 2013.
Taking place each year in the beautiful and exciting city of Las Vegas, the Nevada Film Festival is the Silver State's annual celebration of the very best in American and international cinema, bringing together top independent filmmakers, growing audiences and the film industry professionals who make it all possible.
The Nevada Film Festival offers filmgoers a rare opportunity to meet the filmmakers. Directors, screenwriters, cinematographers and actors eager to share their work will provide an exclusive inside look at the industry during post-screening Q&A's.
Set in the world's entertainment capital, and only a three and a half hour drive from Hollywood, the Festival will host several world and Nevada premieres, galas, mixers, and an awards ceremony for a singular festival experience. Films will be shown in the city that boasts one of the largest movie consumer groups in the world, a rich filmmaking history as well as fine dining, shopping, and exceptional recreational activities.
Each year the festival ends with the annual Closing Night Awards Ceremony where awards are given to celebrate the best filmmaking in each competitive category including directing, writing, cinematography and acting.
Cash prizes and product packages provided by our sponsors are also awarded to several category winners including the coveted Grand Jury Prize.
