Festival Overview

The Humboldt Film Festival promotes the art of film, not only as a means of entertainment, but also as a vehicle for self-expression, and a stimulus for dialogue about social, political, and cultural issues.
We accept narrative, documentary, experimental, and animation films. All films must be under 30 minutes. All foreign films must have English subtitles.
