Festival Overview

The Festival aims at providing a common platform for the cinematography's of the world to project the excellence of the film art; contributing to the understanding and appreciation of film cultures of different nations in the context of their social and cultural ethos; and promoting friendship and co- operation among peoples of the world.

Eligibility:

We have commenced the process of selecting films for Competition as well as Non-Competition Sections for screening in the 17th Pune International Film Festival 2019. You are required to send Online or a DVD screener (with English subtitles) of your film to be put forth to the Festival Selection Committee (for World Competition) along with the entry form. The Entry Forms are available on our website and can be sent online. The entries should reach us NO LATER than 15th Nov , 2018. Films which have been shown in other competitions and festivals can be entered.

The feature films produced during 1st January 2010 and 31st October 2011 will be eligible.

Once selected for Competition Section only 35 mm prints will be acceptable for screening at the festival and must have sub-titles in English.

Formats:

All films entered in Competition have to be on 3 DCP only.
