Festival Overview

The Festival International de Films de Femmes screens films directed or co-directed by women filmmakers.
Our festival - hosted at the Maison des Arts de Créteil - is a one-of-the-kind annual film event, a major worldwide showcase for women filmmakers. Privileged platform for filmmakers, it has become over the years one of the most important professional events on major international women’s cinema de auteur, still poorly distributed.

Beside its international competition (7 narrative features, 7 documentary features, 14 short films), the 40th edition of our festival - which will take place from March 9th to March 18th, 2018 - will include a special out-of-competition section about European filmmakers.
